              Unsecure units, poor record keeping, no security.. Unsecure individual unit doors, poor record keeping, little to no security. My family had a full storage until of family heirlooms stored at Midway and an account in good standing for over 18 months. Then everything disappeared with no trace. The business has no records of a break-in and filed no police reports, yet cannot identify what happened to an entire unit of neatly packed boxes and furniture. Manager claims that people rent units from them all the time only to break into other units in the same building because they'll have at least 30 days before anyone will notice.
